What to expect:
ERC provides attractive and flexible funding to enable talented and creative individual researchers and their teams to pursue the most promising avenues at the frontier of science, on the basis of EU-wide competition based solely on the criterion of excellence. Within the ERC family, the Proof of Concept - PoC scheme helps ERC grantees explore the commercial or societal potential of their research findings. Still under Horizon Europe the European Innovation Council - EIC identifies and supports breakthrough technologies and game-changing innovations with the potential to scale up internationally and become market leaders. It foresees follow-up mechanisms for ERC PoC grantees in order to support all stages of innovation.
Aim of this webinar is to provide researchers with the whole range of funding opportunities from research and development on the scientific underpinnings of breakthrough technologies, from validation and demonstration of breakthrough technologies and innovations to meet real world needs, to the development and scaling up of start-ups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
