The SPARK initiative, launched by the Association of ERC Grantees (AERG), provides partial funding to support knowledge-sharing and collaboration within the community.
Through SPARK, AERG members can receive €1,000 per meeting, up to 5 events per year. Eligible events include workshops, symposia, panels, or stand-alone meetings that address topics of broad relevance to the community, such as science policy, research funding, mentoring, interdisciplinarity, and outreach. Preference will be given to events aimed explicitly at AERG members.
To be considered, proposals must be sent to contact@aerg.eu by January 31, 2026, at 23:59 CET. Decisions will be communicated by February 15, 2026.
